We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. 

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch on public holidays and weekends. 

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a Royal Mail tracking link will be sent to your email address. 

 

EU and Rest of World Shipping

Currently, all EU orders are subject to local customs, duties and taxes for goods imported into the country. This is dependent on the total value of your order, we recommend checking with your customs authority for more information.

 

Returns 

We hope you love your Blaise London order but if for some reason you don't, refunds will be given in accordance with your legal rights, i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described. 

In other instances, we will offer an exchange or gift card if goods are returned within 14 days of purchase.
